DigitalOptometrics is a dynamic, exciting company in the telemedicine field. We are actively seeking a Technical Project Manager, with 3+ years experience, to join our IT team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with a solid technical background, strong communication skills and the drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics continues to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from concept to completion
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate regular stand-up meetings with project team members
• Work with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements
• Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
• Manage changes to the project scope and timeline
• Develop and maintain project documentation
• Provide direction and guidance to project team members
• Manage customer expectations and relationships
• Identify and mitigate risks to the project
  
  

Qualifications:

 PMP certification highly desirable
 Knowledge of Agile methodology
 Experience with Microsoft DevOps sprint planning.
 Familiarity with implementing ITIL processes and procedures.
 Experience with Microsoft DevOps Sprint Planning
 Proven ability to handle several complex projects simultaneously
 Minimum 3 years of experience
 Bonus - Experience with ConnectWise products.
