DigitalOptometrics is looking for an energetic and passionate Recruiter to join our growing team in Cincinnati!

DigitalOptometrics, the leading tele-optometric company is growing with a new office in the Kenwood area of Cincinnati. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to grow in an evolving professional service, and support our new cutting-edge ophthalmic technology.

About DigitalOptometrics

We have developed proprietary software which permits patients to receive a comprehensive eye health examination by a licensed Optometrist from a location which is remote from the patient. These exams are available with or without an appointment and are performed on average in less than 30 minutes.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source, screen, and interview candidates for opportunities as Licensed Optometrists and Ophthalmic Technicians across the U.S.
• Utlize job boards including LinkedIn, and Indeed to find and attract qualified candidates.
• Manage and oversee the Applicant Tracking System (ApplicantPro) to ensure positions are posted properly, and candidates are reviewed in a timely manner.
• Manager the full recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
• Determine current hiring needs, requirements for openings, and timelines needed to hire new associates.
• Develop strong relationships with internal business partners to fully understand the needs of the organization, and deliver with quality candidates.
• Network with industry professional to educate and increase knowledge about DigitalOptometrics.
• Develop the framework for proper recruiting processes, recruiting value proposition, and any other process optimization needed during expansion.
• Coordinate and schedule candidates for any additional interviews needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience either within a corporate or agency setting
• Prior experience of creating or optimizing processes for improvement
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing and growing environment
• Experience recruitng candidates within the Optical or Medical field preferred
