Job Responsibilities
- Provide pro-active administration support using agreed upon best practices
- Assist the project team in managing projects including location implementations
- Create, organize, and maintain project documentation and files
- Assist with project set up
- Help to prepare project status reports
- Complete daily project reviews and provide proactive updates to the Implementation team
- Assist in monitoring project schedules
- Help to facilitate flow of paperwork
- Review and update project plans as needed
- Assist with putting together project close out documents including performing punch list inspections and helping to ensure that all follow up items are addressed and resolved
- Attend Implementation meetings and take detailed meeting notes
Requirements
- Detail oriented professional with proven ability to multitask
- Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
