Job Responsibilities

  • Provide pro-active administration support using agreed upon best practices
  • Assist the project team in managing projects including location implementations
  • Create, organize, and maintain project documentation and files
  • Assist with project set up
  • Help to prepare project status reports
  • Complete daily project reviews and provide proactive updates to the Implementation team
  • Assist in monitoring project schedules
  • Help to facilitate flow of paperwork
  • Review and update project plans as needed
  • Assist with putting together project close out documents including performing punch list inspections and helping to ensure that all follow up items are addressed and resolved
  • Attend Implementation meetings and take detailed meeting notes

Requirements

  • Detail oriented professional with proven ability to multitask
  • Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
