OPTICAL TECHNICIAN

Job Description

First contact with clients. Must have a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Must engage customers to fully understand their eye care and eyewear needs based on their prescription and lifestyle.
Recommend frames to customers for prescription glasses as well as sunglasses from our 500+ models.
Experience with computers, tablets, and willing to learn how to use and master our ordering system.
Register and create patient records.
Able to properly schedule appointments and maintain clear communication with patients.
Assist in patient pre-test duties.
Assist in patient testing.
Ensure the highest quality care for our patients.
