DigitalOptometrics, a rapidly growing national company in the telehealth field, is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to create and implement innovative campaigns for branding while overseeing our company's social media channels to ensure brand uniformity and extend awareness of our brand name.

Responsibilities

• Create branding ideas, graphic designs, marketing materials, power point presentations, advertising copy and external communications including but not limited to press releases, e-mail blasts, social media posting and update our website.
• Recommend effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Create, maintain and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content

• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Requirements and skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role in digital marketing

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, YouTube and other social media best practices
• Creative, critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player and self starter
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

• Work from your home office or our Lake Success, NY or Cincinnati, OH offices
