At DigitalOptometrics we are actively seeking an IT Operations Manager, with 5+ years experience, to join our team of highly talented professionals.

The ideal candidate is someone who is seeking an opportunity where both process and communication skills can shine in a fast-paced environment. The ability to help lead in the management of all ITIL, Audit and application development / infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starting professional with solid communication skills to drive for continuous improvement as DigitalOptometrics continue to grow.

  • Create and maintain metrics reflecting overall IT performance

  • Maintain process and provide updates
    • Ensure the gathering of artifacts and data
    • Tracking of audit results and manage necessary improvements
  • Partner with Application Development, Infrastructure and Business teams
    • Partner with business to determine priorities for application updates
    • Establish and maintain schedules of planned deployments to production
    • Manage the creation and approval of IT Change Management requests
    • Ensure documentation is created and provided to the DigitalOptometrics business for communication to customers where applicable
  • Partner with DigitalOptometrics Support Desk
    • Identify / track issues to target for DigitalOptometrics application improvements
