Job Summary:

Digital Optometrics is seeking a detail-oriented and technically inclined individual for the
position of Entry-Level System Installer. The role involves assisting in the installation and maintenance of
various optometric systems, with a focus on tele-medicine. The position requires extensive travel within
the U.S., offering an excellent opportunity for those interested in technology and looking to start a
career in tele-medicine system installation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and setup of various tele-optometric systems equipment and networking devices.
• Collaborate with experienced installers to ensure the proper integration and functionality of systems.
• Perform maintenance checks on installed systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Assist in the testing and quality assurance of systems to ensure they meet established standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines during installation procedures.
• Provide basic training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of installed systems.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, configurations, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or certifications are a plus.
• Basic understanding of technology and a willingness to learn about various systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Travel Requirements:

• National Travel up to 100%
  o Airline
  o Rental car
• Hybrid role position, except for time required for field travel. Outside of travel and installations,
  technician needs to be available via laptop in a professional office setting (Home or DO Location).
• Travel with Tools required, up to 50lbs.
• Overnight stays greater than 90%.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Valid US passport with ability to travel internationally.
• Based near a large airport with direct flight access to most of the US.
