Data Analyst

DigitalOptometrics is seeking to hire a Data Analyst to work with our operations team. You will be
responsible for the consolidation of data from multiple sources to develop reports analytic dashboards.
This role requires an exceptionally fine eye for detail, a curiosity and desire for process understanding
with improvement, critical, creative thinking in line with experience training in the field. The successful
candidate will be a data-driven individual with strong attention to detail who can work collaboratively
with our operation teams.

Data Analyst Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information in
  dashboards or other data models
• Knowledge and experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL (others are plus)
• Passionate about creation of data models and being adaptable to evolving processes
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred a BS in related fields: Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, Information
  Management, Statistics, Finance, or Accounting
• Medical Field Experience and/or Optical Retail Experience are a plus.
• Project Management experience a plus. (Monday.com)
  
  Responsibilities:
• Consolidate multiple data sources into reports and dashboards
• Establish and maintain checks and balances in data processes for QA and accuracy.
• Operations, Implementation and Sales Teams support to be provided via data analytics &
  dashboards
• Produce KPIs with consideration to user friendly dashboards
• Proactively explore and identify data driven challenges with the business
• Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines, including financial
  information and internal compensation
• Develop reports for analysis in support of financial team
• Support stakeholders and clients with Power BI reporting and automations
