Credentialing Coordinator

DigitalOptometrics, a fast-growing company in the telehealth field is seeking an experienced team member to join out Doctor Credentialing and Licensing team.

Responsibilities include:

• Eye for detail, updating doctor contact information and details.
• Add and maintain doctors on panels.
• Track and send requests out as directed for expiring licenses.
• Track and send as directed to the insurance company for doctors' certificates of insurance.
• Communicate, with follow up, with providers when documents have expired.
• Maintain data sheets (Credentialing, doctor information) accurately and regularly for dept
• Perform ongoing updates needed on credentialing documents used internally.
• Perform administrative and technical duties necessary to complete credentialing functions in accordance with insurance plans.
• Coordinate to credential doctors for insurances, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Complete uploads of licenses and maintenance of expiring licenses.
• Assist with Provider Assignments within a Software database.
• Coordinate with DigitalOptometrics' partners Credentialing Teams.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• CAQH Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask as well as work independently.
• Preferred In Office, will consider Remote Worker (Reliable Internet Connection, Private work space required for Remote)
